Webinar: Tourism Research Australia - Update on the tourism data landscape

Join Tourism Research Australia (TRA) for an update on the tourism data landscape, including the potential benefits of complementary data sources and the challenges for the tourism industry in using them. You’ll also hear about recent and planned improvements to our national surveys. Guest speakers from Engine (formerly ORC International) include Craig Young (Australia Managing Director), Dr Phil Hughes (Head of Statistical Consulting, The Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation [APAC] and Engine), and Tanul Mehta (Head of Analytics, APAC and Engine), along with Hugh Amoyal, a consultant considered to be one of Australia’s thought leaders in the big data space.

What is a webinar:
A webinar is a seminar or presentation that's transmitted over the internet where each participant sits at their computer and is connected to other participants via the internet. A presenter has control of the meeting and the participants view the screen of the presenter and listen to the presenter speaking either by telephone or by accessing an integrated audio facility.
