The Tourism Forecasting Committee (TFC) has released its new forecasts of tourism activity in Australia. The TFC forecast that, following the 4% decrease during difficult conditions last year, the value of tourism to the Australian economy is forecast to regain some of this loss, rising 3% to $92 billion in 2010. Both international (up 2%) and domestic (up 3%) segments are forecast to show growth in value.
